2)  EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT (WORK & HOME)  

  • 8 hours in the workplace. Use colleagues to be your source of power with 1 sound bite.
  • Read content labels on your grocery items

  • Buying a new home? Choose one near to a park! 

3) INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT - GET THE "FEELING"

  • Don't force yourself to do something you don't want to. It generates stress hormones and associate pain with it.

  • Use Music, knowledge and understanding to change your value system, then make a decision in harmony with your thoughts and feelings.
